Sadie Gingold
Actor

About Me
Hello! I’m Sadie! I’m a Seattle-based actor and a recent graduate of the Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University, where I received a BFA in Acting. Here are some things to know about me:
I'm especially passionate about classical and heightened text. In school, my favorite areas of study were Shakespeare, comedy of manners, ancient Greek monologues, and Restoration-era acting styles. I love finding modern relevance in older texts and stepping into the world of period plays.
I'm a PNW girl at heart. I grew up in Seattle,Washington, and when I'm not doing theatre, I love being in nature, hiking, swimming, making animal friends and exploring the beaches, woods and mountains of Washington State.
I've loved storytelling and performing for as long as I can remember. Both of my parents are actors and I have spent a lifetime in love with the collaboration of theatre-making. I love being part of an ensemble, and am always seeking opportunities to learn from those around me.

Production Reviews
The Countess- Circle of Fire Theatre:
“Sadie Gingold gives a deeply nuanced performance as Effie Gray, finding the sadness underneath a character who has learned to maintain a controlled and reserved exterior. There are moments when very little needs to be said because Sadie’s expressions tell us what Effie cannot. Her emotional intelligence in the role is exceptional. It’s a real treat to see a young actor present a performance that is well beyond her years, as Sadie does consistently with her Effie.”

A Midsummer Night’s Dream- Bainbridge Performing Arts:
“Sadie as Puck is so good here as the happy-go-lucky and a bit mischievous sidekick of Oberon’s and the perfect foil to the Fairy King’s serious nature. Sadie’s Puck is perhaps the most energetic and endearing character that I’ve seen on stage this season in any production.”
